​An NCBAM Leadership Network 

AAIM (Aging Adults Innovating Ministry) is a leadership network of ministers and lay leaders in tune with the challenges and opportunities facing the aging. Through its annual Senior Adult Ministry State Leadership Conference and regional events, AAIM encourages and informs those who have passion and vision for senior adult ministry and inspires aging adults with the message that God desires to live dynamically through them. The AAIM network is an initiative of North Carolina Baptist Aging Ministry.
