Volunteer to Help the Aging
Volunteers are the heart of NCBAM! Whether you build a ramp, serve on a Care Team, or share the love of Jesus over the phone, older adults across North Carolina need you!
Let us know how you’d like to serve!
For Churches
Invite Us to Your Church
NCBAM serves local churches and senior adult pastors by providing programming for retreats, lunch ‘n’ learns, leadership conferences, and other special events. Team members across the state offer more than 40 basic classes and evidence-based programs through our “Wise Up Enrichment Workshops.”
Join AAIM!
Aging Adults Innovating Ministry is a leadership network comprised of senior adult pastors and lay persons across the state who partner with NCBAM to host an annual Statewide Leadership Conference as well as regional events. AAIM events provide practical information and encouragement to seniors and their leaders!
Become a Flagship Church!
NCBAM Flagship Churches provide cutting-edge ministry to the aging in their congregations and communities. NCBAM provides a variety of educational and ministry tools to support Flagship Churches.
Let us know how we can serve your church!
Camp BAM is an intergenerational camp that provides an opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus to serve aging adults in need. Campers will connect personally with local seniors and meet safety needs by constructing wheelchair ramps, installing grab bars and smoke alarms, and performing yard work. Construction experience is not necessary; each crew will have an experienced leader. Details for this summer’s camp may be found on our registration page.
Camp BAM blesses the lives of the campers and those they serve. Consider being a Camp BAM sponsor!
Donate
NCBAM relies on grants and donations for project materials like smoke alarms, grab bars, and lumber for wheelchair ramps. Your designated donation will be used to share the love of Jesus and provide practical assistance to frail seniors across North Carolina!
