Volunteer to Help the Aging
Volunteers are the heart of NCBAM! Whether you can build a ramp, serve on a Care Team, or encourage someone over the phone, older adults across North Carolina need you!
Let us know how you’d like to serve!
Camp BAM is an intergenerational camp that provides an opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus to serve aging adults in need. Campers will connect personally with local seniors and meet safety needs by constructing wheelchair ramps, installing grab bars and smoke alarms, and performing yard work. Construction experience is not necessary; each crew will have an experienced leader. Details for this summer’s camp may be found on our registration page.
For Churches
Invite Us to Your Church
NCBAM serves local churches and senior adult pastors by providing programming for retreats, lunch ‘n’ learns, leadership conferences, and other special events. Team members across the state offer more than 40 basic classes and evidence-based programs through our “Wise Up Enrichment Workshops.”
Join AAIM!
Aging Adults Innovating Ministry is a leadership network comprised of senior adult pastors and lay persons across the state who partner with NCBAM to host an annual Statewide Leadership Conference as well as regional events. AAIM events provide practical information and encouragement to seniors and their leaders!
