The NCBAM Call Center
In addition to referring callers to community resources, NCBAM Call Center Specialists connect North Carolina’s frail aging (65+) with church volunteers who share God’s love my meeting needs for wheelchair ramps, grab bars, smoke alarms, light yard work, and friendly visits. Our team members are privileged to pray with callers.
If you work with aging adults or know someone in need, encourage them to phone the Call Center at 877.506.2226. Referrals are accepted only by phone and from aging adult themselves or their caregiver.
The NCBAM Call Center is AIRS-certified (Alliance of Information and Referral Specialists)

One Hope
One Hope is NCBAM’s dedicated outreach to offer a spiritual response to social isolation and loneliness that affects many of North Carolina’s seniors. The outreach features the NCBAM Hope Line where trained volunteers encourage callers with a friendly voice.
